Workshop in English - Padua (Italy), at Y-40 (the deepest pool in the world).
14-15-16 Frebruary 2021, FREEDIVING STAGE in ENGLISH at Y-40, the deepest pool in the world.
The course is open to any level free divers, from beginners to confirmed freedivers.
Umberto Pelizzari will personally teach the entire course, with the help of the staff instructor ApneaAcademy-Y40
Mask, fins and snorkel are required. The wet suit is not necessary since the temperature of the water is 32-34°C.
Medical certification with ECG is required.

16.30 - 19.00 Pool (Constant Weight, Free Immersion, Static )
19.00 - 20.00 Theory
SATURDAY :
07.00 - 10.00: Pool (Constant Weight, Free Immersion, Static )
10.00 - 13.30 Theory
13.30 - 16.30 Pool (Constant Weight, Free Immersion, Static )
16.30 - 20.00 Theory
SUNDAY :
07.00 - 10.00: Pool (Constant Weight, Free Immersion, Variable, Static )
10.00 - 14.00: Theory and Diplomas reward
