WORKSHOP IN ENGLISH in FLORIDA (USA)
April 1-2, 2023 FREEDIVING WORKSHOP in Florida, USA. The two days freediving workshop will take place at Coral Springs Aquatic Complex • 12441 Royal Palm Blvd. - Coral Springs, FL 33065
Umberto Pelizzari will share personal knowledge through theory sessions and pool training sessions in breath work and relaxation, equalization, static apnea, and dynamic apnea. Recommend equipment: mask, goggles, fins, weight belt or collar, wetsuit and yoga mat. All participants must show personal DAN Medical Insurance.
